This book is about how to activate the power of your natural healing force that is already inside your body. Though the concepts may be new to some, the techniques are time-tested and based on is clear, engaging, and presents effective options for healing from within. I myself have used some of these meditations, and the results were that I slept extremely well, my GI system was much happier, and I was more alert and focused during the day. I look forward to restarting my practice with these meditations very soon.
